Hello, I've chipped a tooth and it's quite sore.
I'm sorry to hear that. Have you been to see us before?
Yes, I'm a patient there.
Thanks. We have an urgent slot tomorrow at 9:15 or 3:40. Which would you prefer?

The difference between you and them?
They have more people working behind the scenes.
While you're with a patient when the phone rings,
they're booking that new patient.
While you're chasing no-shows by hand,
they're sending automatic reminders.
While you're closed for the evening,
they're taking tomorrow's bookings.
What if you could operate like a much bigger company – without becoming one?
Introducing Easigent.
The late-night replies. The forgotten leads. The customers waiting — and the ones who never returned. Handled.
No extra headcount. No new chaos to manage. Just the work that was slipping away. Covered.

Clinical questions still come to your team.
When a patient needs a person, it puts them through — and tells your team who's calling and why before they answer.
Emma Doyle · Returning patient
Before you're connected:
“Swelling has got worse since this morning. Wants to speak to someone before her appointment.”
If you can't pick up, the caller goes back to the agent — never to voicemail.

Do you see new patients on Saturdays?
We do — I can book a new patient check-up on Saturday at 9am or 10:30am. Which works?
You started typing — agent pausedHi, it's Amy from reception — 9am is booked for you. See you then!
Reminders that actually arrive.
A day before and an hour before, on WhatsApp or text — even for patients who booked by phone and never gave an email. They just reply to reschedule.

Questions owners ask us.
Will it read patients' details to whoever calls?
No. It uses what it knows to be quicker, but never volunteers an address, an appointment reason or anything personal. A caller has to tell it who they are first.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It answers from the information you give it — opening hours, treatments, prices and policies — and puts anything clinical through to your team.
Will it sound like a robot?
Call it yourself during your consultation and hear for yourself. You choose its name, its voice and exactly how it greets people.
My customers want to speak to a person.
Then they can. Your agent puts callers through to you and tells you what they want before you say hello. If you can't pick up, it carries on helping instead of sending them to voicemail.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers from what you've given it, and it's instructed never to invent a price, a date or a commitment. When it doesn't know, it takes a message or puts the caller through.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Forward your existing number to Easigent and keep everything you've already printed — or take a new UK mobile or US local number.
Do I need Google Calendar?
No. Easigent keeps the diary for you. If you already use Google Calendar, connect it and bookings show up there too.
Fill the diary without burning out reception.
A free consultation. We'll look at where patient calls and messages slip through today, and show you how Easigent catches them.
