Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Easigent (operated by Ogodi Technologies) ("Easigent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, dashboard, APIs, and AI phone agent services at easigent.com, app.easigent.com, and api.easigent.com.

These policies are provided for product transparency and to support third-party platform requirements (including Google OAuth verification). They are not a substitute for independent legal advice and may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL.

1. Who we are and what we do

Easigent provides AI-powered phone agents for businesses. Our agents answer calls, answer questions from your knowledge base, capture leads, summarize conversations, and — when you connect a calendar — check availability and book or reschedule appointments.

2. Information we collect

Account and organization data

  • Account identifiers, email address, and authentication data (e.g. via our auth provider)
  • Organization / business profile (name, timezone, industry, services, hours, tone, policies)
  • Knowledge base content you upload or connect (e.g. PDFs, website content)
  • Agent configuration (voice, greeting, routing rules, notification preferences)

Telephony and call data

  • Phone numbers (business and caller), call metadata (time, duration, direction)
  • Call audio recordings and transcripts generated during agent conversations
  • Lead and outcome data extracted from calls (names, contact details, notes, summaries)

Booking and calendar data

  • Google account email for a connected calendar
  • OAuth tokens required to access Google Calendar on your behalf (stored encrypted)
  • Booking records (title, start/end times, customer name/email/phone, service, notes, and linked Google Calendar event IDs)

Email and operational communications

  • Inbound/outbound transactional emails related to the service (e.g. summaries, alerts)

Technical and usage data

  • Logs, device/browser information, IP addresses, and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the service
  • Essential cookies or similar technologies for session and dashboard preferences (see our Data Collection Policy)

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Easigent product for your organization
  • Authenticate users and manage multi-tenant organizations
  • Run AI phone agents, generate transcripts/summaries, and capture leads
  • Check calendar availability and create or update calendar events when appointments are booked or rescheduled
  • Send service notifications and support communications
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google user data for advertising or for building unrelated user profiles.

4. Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, Easigent accesses Google user data solely to provide appointment booking features for your organization's AI phone agent.

Google APIs and scopes

We request the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — create and update calendar events when callers book or reschedule appointments
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — read calendar information needed to determine free/busy availability
  • openid and email — identify the connected Google account email

What Google data we access

  • Connected Google account email address
  • Calendar free/busy and event information needed to find available appointment slots
  • Ability to create and update events on the connected calendar (title, time, attendees/details as needed for the booking)

How we use Google user data

The AI phone agent uses calendar access to check whether a requested time is available and to create or update Google Calendar events when a caller books or reschedules an appointment. Google user data is used only to provide this booking functionality to the customer organization that authorized the connection.

How Google user data is stored

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted (Fernet) and stored server-side in our Postgres database in the calendar_connections table (tokens_encrypted)
  • The connected Google account email is stored with the calendar connection record
  • Booking metadata (title, times, customer name/email/phone, service, notes) and linked Google Calendar event IDs are stored in our bookings table

Sharing of Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or unrelated analytics. Google user data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that help us operate Easigent (for example hosting, telephony, speech, and AI inference), only as needed to provide the service. Typical processors include Railway (application hosting and databases), Cloudflare (edge/network and email-related infrastructure), Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech-to-text), and OpenAI (language model inference for agent conversations). These parties process data under our instructions and applicable agreements.

Retention and revocation

  • You can disconnect Google Calendar from the Easigent Integrations page. Disconnecting revokes the connection and deletes stored OAuth tokens for that organization.
  • You can also revoke Easigent's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
  • You may request deletion of your Easigent account and associated data via Settings (when available) or by contacting us. Account deletion is handled via our DELETE /v1/me API path and support processes.
  • Booking records and operational logs may be retained for a limited period as needed for service continuity, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymized where practicable.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

Easigent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Google user data obtained via Google Calendar APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface (appointment availability and booking), and is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide/improve those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate Easigent, including (without limitation): Railway, Cloudflare, Twilio, Deepgram, OpenAI, and our authentication provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

6. Data retention and security

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, plus limited periods for backups, security, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted storage of Google OAuth tokens and access controls on our APIs and databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to / restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights:

  • Disconnect Google Calendar from Integrations
  • Request account deletion via Settings or email us at privacy@easigent.com
  • Revoke Google access in your Google Account settings

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, or other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

9. Children

Easigent is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
