These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Easigent (operated by Ogodi Technologies) ("Easigent," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites at easigent.com, the application at app.easigent.com, APIs at api.easigent.com, and related AI phone agent services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting integrations, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
These Terms are provided for product transparency and platform compliance. They may be updated from time to time and are not a substitute for independent legal advice.
1. The Service
Easigent provides software that enables businesses to deploy AI phone agents that can answer calls, retrieve information from a customer-provided knowledge base, capture leads, summarize conversations, send notifications, and — when a calendar integration is connected — check availability and create or update calendar events for appointments.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts and for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You may request account deletion via Settings (when available) or by contacting privacy@easigent.com. Deletion is processed via our account deletion APIs and support workflows.
3. Customer content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"), including business profiles, knowledge base materials, call recordings/transcripts generated for your organization, leads, and booking information.
You grant Easigent a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining any consents required for call recording, AI processing, and contacting callers or leads
- Ensuring your use of telephony, messaging, and calendar features complies with applicable laws (including telecom, privacy, and marketing rules)
- The accuracy of knowledge base content and business policies your agent relies on
- Managing third-party integrations you connect (e.g. Google Calendar) and revoking access when no longer needed
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Impersonate others, spam, harass, or violate third-party rights
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Use the Service to process special-category or regulated data in ways not permitted by law without appropriate safeguards
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and users.
5. AI and voice disclaimers
The Service uses artificial intelligence, speech recognition, and text-to-speech technologies. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some circumstances. You should review agent configuration, knowledge content, and important booking or customer outcomes as appropriate for your business risk tolerance.
Easigent does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Callers and customers should be directed to qualified humans for high-stakes decisions.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google, Twilio, Cloudflare, Deepgram, OpenAI, hosting providers, and authentication providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Google Calendar access is optional. When connected, use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy (including the "Google user data" section) and must comply with Google's policies.
7. Fees and trials
Paid plans, trials, and billing terms (if applicable) will be presented at purchase or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods.
8. Intellectual property
Easigent and its licensors own the Service software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code except the limited right to use the Service as offered.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for purposes related to the Service, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASIGENT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EASIGENT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES, ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100)).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Easigent against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law, or claims by callers/end users relating to your business operations or agent configuration (except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct).
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the Service, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
